Password recovery

If you forget your password, follow these steps:

1. Click on “Log in”.
2. Select "I forgot my password”.
3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
4. Click on “Reset password”.
5. We will send you an email with a link to reset your password. If you do not receive it, wait a few more minutes or check your Spam folder.
6. Open the email and click on the "Recover password" button.
7. Enter your new password.
8. Click on “Reset password”.
